Anne Nolen Joins Fiduciary Trust as Chief People Officer

BOSTON – December 8, 2022 – Fiduciary Trust Company (“Fiduciary”), a Boston-based private wealth management firm, today announced the appointment of Anne Nolen as Chief People Officer and a member of the Senior Management Committee. In this role, Nolen will oversee Fiduciary’s Human Resources Department including its talent acquisition strategy and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Prior to Fiduciary, Nolen was Head of People, Partnership & Agency at Next Insurance. Previously, she held the role of Director of People and Culture at AP Intego, and was the Director of Human Resources at Westfield Capital Management.

Nolen is co-author of the 2007 book, Mothers Need Time-Outs, Too. She is a member of HR Business Leaders and the Society for Human Resources Management. She holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University and a master’s degree in education from Boston University.
